What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds due to the immediate process of your arrival and payment immediately after your payment or deposit has been submitted. 

Air & Land vs Land-Only Difference

Air & Land - We will book your flights to/from our departure airport. The flight is always economy class unless otherwise stated. You will be responsible of securing your own flight to/from the departure airport to depart with the group.

Land-Only - You will book your own flights to/from the destination. We will not be involved in your coordination to arrive at the accommodations at the destination UNLESS otherwise stated on the booking page. 

What If I need To Cancel?

If you just so happen to need to cancel your experience with us, please submit your cancellation via email. As a reminder, we do not offer refunds for any booking fees, deposits or payments made towards any travel experience. All refunds are provided at the discretion of the supplier. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all travel booking with Dream Breathe Travels. All cancellation request will result in a $50 per person cancellation fee. No exceptions.

Returns and Refunds

Due to covid and some of the items considered intimates, we do not accept returns.

I was refunded but do not see it in my account.

Please allow 5-10 Business Days for a refund. If you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to your bank.

My onesie/sleepwear does not fit me. What are my options?

Due to the sleepwear being intimates, we can't accept worn merchandise. Please size up for your future order or give it to a friend.

I’m missing an item(s) from my order. What do I need to do?

Check your spam folder/email to see if you’ve received a store credit for the item(s) missing. Email: info@dreambreathetravels.com with your order number and let us know what item(s) are missing.

How can I get a store credit?

A store credit is issued if an item(s) is out of stock.

Does the store credit expire?

No. Store credits can be used at any time.

How is the store credit issued?

We issue a store credit in the form of a E-Gift card. The credit can be used at check out.
